Constructions Manager Jobs in Tanzania

Technical guidance and support
– Monitor and provide technical support for all constructions activities
– Undertake regular fields trips for the constructions sites
– Review constructions design and applicable building and environment policies
– Serve this liaison between /architect/ engineering firm constructions firm and project manager

– Ensure that the physical technical and functional design

and constructions effort is aligned with government of Tanzania buildings specifications and environmental regulation by building strong professional relationship with relevant government
– Liaise with touch foundations project management team providing updates on progress on challenge and timings of constructions
Skills specifications to the post
– Knowledge on health sector constructions and project management
– Knowledge of material methods and the tools involved in the constructions or repair of buildings
– Ability to manage constructions company in order to achieve all agreed schedule mile stones and also maintain high quality workmanship within available budget
– Proficient in computer skills and use of relevant software and other applications

Qualification and experience
– University degree or diploma in civil engineering or environmental engineering
– Registrations as professional engineering or comparable accreditations
– 5 years experience in design, planning, monitoring,
– Training- completions of course on partnership management
– Experience – strong experience in large project management
– Desired have demonstrated experience in community and /or international development
