Receptionist Jobs in Tanzania



Should have Certificate /Diploma/and or Degree in Secretarial Services, Administration, Sociology and or Human Resources.
• Having Certificate in Records Management will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the Following fields will be a plus:-
1. Customer Care and Customer handling
2. Documentation , filing and Speed writing


3. Well Conversant with Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point
4. Knowledge on Preparation of various draft reports and or meeting Agenda and Minutes.
5. Fast learner and Hard Worker
6. Well conversant with English language for both Speaking and writing
Age Limit: 20 – 30 years

Duties /TOR:
• Receiving Clients / Customer Handling
• Preparation of operations and admiration reports
• Records Keeping
• Opening and Closing of office
• Meetings Preparations
• Attending Customer calls
• HR documents and Staff files arranging
• Processing Tender Documents
• General Admiration work
