Understand business objectives and be able to translate them into an effective Marketing Plan.
Plan, execute, manage and coordinate all marketing activities on the approved marketing plan.
Implement and manage marketing budget

on a day to day basis.
Drive business strategies through market intelligence gathering, interpretation, and reporting including market trends and analytics.
Help to develop a customer service policy for an entire organization.
Brief and supervise the customer service research agencies to conduct designated client satisfaction surveys
from time to time.
Implement strategic plans to improve customer service
Drive the Bank’s public relations activities.
Build up relations with media partners, advertising agencies/ suppliers and other relevant stakeholders.
Create effective media strategy to maximize Brand promotion, affinity, trustworthiness and awareness.
Producing innovative and cost effective promotions to promote the Brand, products and services.
Delivering an events programme, to ensure that Brand presence is maximized and strategic objectives are met.
For Product/ service launch, come up with effective launch campaigns in an impactful way to create awareness
and drive footfall.
Daily follow-up and management of the marketing team/ oversee and direct the efforts of the marketing team.
Qualification and Competence Requirements
University Degree in Marketing or equivalent and related professional qualification in Marketing Management.
Master Degree or professional qualification in Marketing is an added advantage
At least 2 years’ experience in Managerial position.
Honest person with high integrity and independent who will observe professional ethics in executing his/her
Strong communication skills.
Good time management and work efficiency.
Good report writing skills.
High degree of computer literacy; good knowledge of Excel and Word.
