Job Summary
The Office Manager will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for managing all office activities including, administration and human resource matters, carrying out all secretarial duties, receiving and attending to all company guests and supervising members of staff reporting to her. The successful candidate will be based in Dar es Salaam

and should be presentable and ready to work under conditions requiring meeting deadlines including working late hours and on weekends and public holidays.
Key Qualifications, Experience and Competences
• At least a Diploma in Office Management and work experience of at least five years in a reputable organization. First degree is preferable.
• Fluent in English and Swahili. Knowledge of another international language will be an added advantage
• Fully computer literate. The candidate should demonstrate an unquestionable knowledge and experience in all the MS Office package plus basic knowledge in computer troubleshooting and the use of office machines (fax, printers, photocopiers, scanners, projectors, etc.)
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Employment package
• A three year renewable contract based on performance;
• An attractive monthly salary plus negotiable performance bonus.
