The School of St Jude based in Moshono, Arusha is currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Human Resources Team. The Human Resources Team is responsible for supporting the school’s staff by delivering a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, staff development and training spread across three campuses.
Candidates will be considered that demonstrate the following:
- A degree in Human Resource Management or similar
- Demonstrated administrative work experience
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Tanzanian Labour Laws will be looked upon favourably
